By downloading, installing, or using the Rebornn App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Rebornn is a visualization application that allows users to upload photos and explore potential appearance modifications for entertainment and self-exploration purposes. The App uses artificial intelligence and image processing technology to generate visualizations.

Important: The App is strictly for entertainment and visualization purposes only. It is not a medical tool, does not provide medical advice, and visualizations are not guarantees of real-world outcomes.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content and Photos

• You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to the App.
• By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content solely for providing the visualization service.
• You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure you have the right to share it.
• You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any third-party rights.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Upload photos of other people without their explicit consent.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
• Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
• Upload content containing malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Share or distribute content generated by the App for commercial purposes without our written consent.

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

• Some features of the App may require a paid subscription.
• Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or app store.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. You may also terminate your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
